# Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

* **Why did my server stop?** It expired. Renew it ([section 5](https://hokas.gitbook.io/hokas-docs/hokas/what-happens-when-the-time-expires)).
* **The renewal button is locked.** The same option can be used once every 24 hours. The card shows when it becomes available.
* **I paid, but my server is missing.** Wait for the “Deploying” status. If it shows “Failed”, select Retry. If that fails, open a ticket.
* **There is no stock.** Choose another plan or try again later.
* **Will my settings change when I change plans?** No. Your existing servers’ domain settings remain unchanged.
* **Which languages are supported?** Node.js and Python. Most Discord and Telegram bot libraries work.
